This tasty low carb carrot bread is perfect snack with tea, or just together with your breakfast. It is easy to make and easy to eat without a bad conscious.

3 dl almond flour (you can make it yourself in your mixer)
1,5 tablespoon psyllium seed husk
2 tea spoond of baking powder
3 dl grated mozzarella
5-6 eggs
1 dl grated carrot
1 tablespoon creme fraiche
Some sesame seed and/or some sunflower seed

Mix together the dry ingredients, then add cheese, eggs, carrot and creme fraiche and mix it with the rest. Spread it out on a baking tray and sprinkle some sesame seed and/or sunflower seed over it – then put it in the oven for 8 minutes. (225 celsius)

I eat mine with either just cheese or cheese and all natural 100 % marmelade. (No sugar) Mmm! This bread taste like scones – but much healthier!
