Work your arms together with your baby
Strengthen your arms after your pregnancy is good
You will get stronger arms by just carrying your baby around, but she/he will be growing fast and you need to keep up. Try these exercises below to strengthening your arms and shoulders.
Baby push-ups Start by laying down holding your baby under its arms and hold her above your chest. Push your baby up in the air and then lower your baby slowly, start over.
Flying baby start laying down. Hold your baby in straight arms, starting with her sitting right below your belly. Lift her with straight arms and up above your head. Don’t go to far, you do not want to drop your baby on its head. Start over.
