Easy and effective workout in the forest
Almost forgot to post this nice workout I had in Halmstad a few days ago
I combined jogging, walking and outdoor gym together with tough up-hill intervals. Had a great track in the forest which were about 2 km with hills and flat ground. I jogged downhill, ran up-hill and power walked where it was flat. Then I did sit-ups, push-ups, woodchopper and explosive squats by the outdoor gym before I continued with the interval running again. Did 3 rounds!
