I can not make one week without throwing in some yoga in my routine, usually more often
I really like the feeling during my yoga workout and the calm and relaxed self I become after just a few minutes of yoga. I did my own 30 minutes routine on a towel at my country house. I heard the birds, felt the sun against my skin and the calm feeling it gave me. You just got to love yoga!
