This bum workout will give you great shapes and a tight behind in no-time
My bum circuit
– 12 donkey kicks per leg and “style”*
– 20 bum press
– 8 one leg bum press
– 12 bum/leg kick
I did 3 rounds after a 30 minutes walk as a warmup.
*did 3 styles a 12 reps per leg after each other. Started with kicks straight back (leg in 90 degrees), then kicks parallel to the flor and back and ended with going up on toe and kicking the other leg straight up. The last one is the best way to reach your lower part of your behind where your bikini can cut in.
