This is my workout

– 1 min plank (no pic)
– 10 TRX core crunch (top left pic)
– 10 moving side plank per leg (top right pic)
– 20 sit-up
– 10 moving plank, walking hands/jumping feet’s (lower left pic)
– 20 leg raises (lower right pic)

Do 3-5 rounds
