This is a healthy low carb müsli with a lot of protein, and it is delicious!

500g crushed bucket wheat
3 dl coccos
2 dl sunflower seed
1 1/2 dl flax-seed
200 g mixed nuts
2 dl pumpkin seed
1/2 dl canola oil
1/2 dl honey
1 dl water
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Put the bucket wheat in a bowl of water during the night. Pour off the water and rinse it, leave to dry on some paper a few hours.
Put the oven on 200 degrees. Mix the bucket wheat, seeds and nuts and put it on a baking plate. Mix the canola oil, honey and water and pour it over the müsli. Mix it together and powder it with the cinnamon and roast it in the oven for about 20 min. Watch it all the time and stir it every now and then so it don’t get burned.
