Just use your body and move around is good for you

You do not have to do a proper workout every day, just walking and moving around a lot will increase your health

I like just being outside and just enjoying the nature and a great view while walking. While me and my husband where out just doing that and picking blueberries we got attacked by some horse flies. I’m quite afraid of them and I ran back and forth trying to get rid of them. I chased them, they chased me and I screamed some… I was totally dead after this “nice time” outside and did not need any more workout this day 🙂
