Raw food raspberry cheese cake

This healthy cake is easy to make and easy to eat. All you need is a blender and off course all the ingredients


Bottom layer
4 dl walnuts
10 dates
juice from 1/2 a lime
1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 dl raspberries
6 dl almond powder
1/2 agave syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
Water so you get the right texture

Top layer
4 dl raspberries
6 apricots
3 tablespoons chia seed
1 tablespoon lime juice

Mix the nuts in the bottom layer first, then add nuts, dates and lime. Put in the bottom of your cake form.
Mix the ingredients for the filling together to a proper paste and pour out over the bottom layer. Put the cake in the freezer for a few hours.
Mix together the ingredients for the top layer and spread out over the cake. Put it in the freezer for a little bit longer, but take it out about 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
